Manage your subscription in the PicoNext Product Passport app for Shopify


In the PicoNext Product Passports app for Shopify, you can manage your subscription and other settings.


Changing your subscription plan

To change your subscription plan, do the following. 

1. Press the Manage account button in the sidebar of your Shopify admin panel

2. If you’re subscribed to a PicoNext plan through Shopify, you’ll see your active plan listed. If you’re subscribed to the free Starter plan, make sure to sign in to your PicoNext account to see your subscribed plan

3. Select a new subscription plan

4. Then, press Change Plan.

5. (For paid plans). Complete the billing information, then press Approve.

6. You'll see a confirmation screen indicating that your subscription changes were successful.


Deleting your PicoNext account

If you wish to delete your PicoNext account, do the following:

1. Press the Manage account button in the sidebar of your Shopify admin panel

2. Press the Cancel account button.

3. Confirm that you wish to cancel your account by pressing the red Confirm account cancellation button.

Note that this will log you out of the PicoNext Product Passports for Shopify app, stop any subscription billing, and delete all your published Digital Product Passports. This action is not reversible.
