You can redeem loyalty rewards manually for your customers via a system admin console. To do so, you'll need the customer's wallet address and the reward name they're redeeming.
To begin manually redeeming a loyalty reward, do the following:
1. Navigate to the Loyalty Redemption page in the console
2. Enter the wallet address for the customer
3. Select the reward to redeem in the drop-down box
4. Press the Check Eligibility button
PicoNext will then determine:
A. If the customer holds the required token for the reward, and
B. If the reward is able to be redeemed, in accordance with the redemption rules set for the reward.
5. After you've validate that the customer is eligible to redeem the reward, finalize the redemption by pressing the Redeem Reward button.
This will mark the reward as 'redeemed' and you can deliver the reward to the customer. A list of prior reward redemptions for the customer will also appear on the screen.
