Reset your password


You can reset your password if you forget it.

To begin resetting your password, tap on the Reset password link from the console sign-in screen

Start by tapping on the Reset password link

Enter your email

To reset your password, enter the email that you use for your account. If your email is registered, we'll send you a confirmation code.

Enter your email to receive a confirmation code

Change your password

Once you've received your confirmation code, enter it. Then enter your new password, paying attention to the password requirements on the screen

Finish resetting your password by entering your confirmation code and a new password

Potential issues

Confirmation code email not sending

If you did not receive a confirmation code email, try the following:

  • If you received a PicoNext welcome email, but haven't signed into PicoNext for the first time - Locate your welcome email and use that password to sign into PicoNext first. You'll be prompted to change your password when you sign in the first time.
  • If you have already signed into PicoNext before but aren't receiving the confirmation code
